Microsoft doing empty promises?

Why is software giant Microsoft making empty promises? So, it was the big flop, when Microsoft announced the Windows Vista Operating System for PCs. However, I did not upgraded my old PC to Vista, since it is outdated for that platform. While I stuck to XP, millions of users that relied on Vista, noted the many empty features that Microsoft promised in the first place. What was the Aero Screen feature about? Crashing! Incompatibility issues? You bet! How to run a Windows 98 program in Vista? That's to anyone's best guess! I could spend days trying to find the answer to Microsoft's empty promises!

But wait! The empty promises does not end! Turns out that Microsoft, has sent pink slips to as much as 5000 employees. But, the fired workers where not from the software development area, but the games division area, mostly known as "Games for PC" unit or ACES Studios. It looks like Microsoft is no longer thinking on developing PC platform games and would prefer to invest time and money on the X-BOX and WII platform games, which would make sense for the software giant.

So, as sadly as it sounds, Microsoft has put a brake to the ever popular Flight Simulator game and for the 3rd time in 6+ years, my favorite game Train Simulator has been delayed or canceled! I have been waiting for the sequel to the 2001 MSTS for nearly 8 years and Microsoft keeps promising and promising the sequel, but then... POOF! The game is NO GO! What is Microsoft doing? I think the software giant is loosing credibility on my part! Well, I will still waiting for the day (If it ever comes!) when the long delayed Train Simulator will see the dawn of the day!

There goes.... Empty promises! Why is Microsoft delaying or canceling Train Simulator 2, for the 3rd time in 6+ years?
